All of our round style smokers are made out of ¼ inch think rolled steel plate to specific dimensions. Our pallet racks our always wells stocked with new high quality steel so your cooker can be put into immediate production with the individual options you choose. As would be expected, only new steel is used at our facility. Even though we are willing to build exactly to your specifications, we stand ready to discuss all available options and make suggestions during your selection process. When possible we encourage customers to make appointments to visit our facility.
At Peoria Cookers we are very proud of the construction of our trailers. All trailers are made out of 1/4 or 3/8 inch thick steel channel. We use only Dexter state of the art “Torflex” torsion axles. All of our dexter axles include the “E-Z Lube” feature for better maintenance and trouble free operation. High quality “Bullldog” couplers and trailer jacks are used. Wherever possible all trailer connections are soldered rather than clamped to avoid frustrating trailer light failures at inopportune times. Heavy duty sealed trailer lights are used. All trailers are highway tested before they are released. We are a registered State of Illinois licensed trailer dealer and will provide you with all appropriate paperwork including an official Certificate of Origin.
Even though we do try to maintain an inventory of cookers ready to be go as shown here, most customers have individual requests necessitating a specific production order. We always try to fill our orders in a timely fashion and will arrange for the most efficient method of delivery to your location.
